Search Marketing Terms and Conditions

The use of search engine optimisation (SEO) services from BPS Designs Ltd [hereafter referred to as “BPS Designs”] constitutes agreement to these terms. You may view our Privacy Policy here.

1.) Initial Research BPS Designs will perform keyword research on behalf of the client to determine the best possible keyphrases pertaining to the client’s area of business.

2.) Access to Web-server On agreement of the package and final keyphrases, the client agrees to give BPS Designs full ftp access to their web-server. This is so that BPS Designs can make necessary changes and updates to the client’s website in a timely manner, without having to go back and forth to the client all the time.

3.) Guarantee BPS Designs guarantees that we will achieve 25 top 15 positions (unless otherwise stated) in the top search engines for the chosen phrases (please see SEO package details for more information) within 6 months. If BPS Designs fails to achieve this, then we will continue to work on the project for a further 6 months for free. If we still fail to achieve the results after the full 12 months we would refund the client in full.

4.) Guarantee Period BPS Designs reserves the right to change this guarantee period on a per project basis.

5.) Refusal BPS Designs reserves the right to refuse a client for whatever reason.

6.) Non Disclosure Agreement If BPS Designs is performing SEO services on behalf of another company (such as another web-design company for their clients), BPS Designs agrees to keep the identity of this other company private. BPS Designs will never contact the companies’ client, and will always liaise through the company for all stages of the project.

7.) Changes BPS Designs reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
