You’ve probably heard this already but if not, Firefox version 2 is now available.
They have jazzed up the website to go with the new release too, looks nice.
The new theme looks nice, and there are some nice new features like when you click on the RSS feed icon in your address bar, it lists the posts, and gives you the option of installing it in the live bookmarks folder or another application. A nice touch.
This might me me being thick, but does anyone know how to get the spell-checker working for on-line forms etc? I was under the impression that one was built in to this new version? Update: I’ve now got it working. You have to right click in a form field and choose “add dictionary”. You’ll then be taken to the Mozilla website to install your dictionary of choice. You only have to do this the first time you use it.
It’s still my favourite browser and to be honest, it will take ground-breaking features to be added to Internet Explorer before I’ll use that as my primary browser!

I agree with Firefox being the premier browser. As a web developer, the extentions are priceless!

Hi Jason, yeah it’s great. Especially the Firebug and IE tab extensions. What other ones do you have installed?
