I came across this article just now. Someone has bought an original 1984 Macintosh instruction manual on ebay.

Now, considering I was only 9 in 1984, I can’t say I remember much about the original Macintosh, but I do vaguely remember my dad’s company having one that I used to play games on. I can remember a chess style game and another shooting type one. You had 2 players with moving guns and had to shoot the other players gun I think.

I’ve had a quick search for the old old Mac games but can’t find any. Does anyone know these games I’m talking about?

Anyway, check out that manual, it looks surprisingly good for 1984!
