This is the personal blog of Justin Shattuck, and it is an excellent demonstration of clean design, without a rounded corner in sight!
First thing you notice about this excellent design is the nice bold blue header. Then there’s his simple but very nice logo. Not sure if I would have chosen that pink colour, but that’s just me.
The navigation looks nice along the bottom of the header, and the search box fits perfectly. Nicely in line with the right sidebar (nice touch with the roll-over on the RSS link too!).
There’s a good choice of fonts used and I like the blue colour of the main text.
Many blogs use this kind of footer now as well and I think they look great. Latest entries on the left, most discussed entries in the middle and some links on the right.
