I was struggling to find a decent site to review for today’s showcase….until yesterday that is. Today’s site, AquaBoogie (cool name or what!) is a design studio, and by the quality of the graphics, you can see that they know their way around Photoshop!
Straight away your eyes are drawn to the great cartoony woman, then to the great use of the rays of light. Check out how you can create this effect yourself.
Now, as you know by now if you’ve been following along, I normally find some small annoyances with the sites I review, and this one is no different. Don’t get me wrong, I love this site but little things get me like why is it not centred? For some reason I don’t like websites that are on the left of the browser. Just a personal preference I guess. Also, I feel there is a little too much space between the navigation menu and the Welcome image.
The colours are great and I love the background texture. All in all a great website. Well done guys.
