GlycoSciences is part of the University of Manchester. They provide a resource for information and training in all aspects of glycoscience.

They came to us on recommendation from CoEBio3 because they had seen the work we’d done for them in the past.

They wanted a website that they could updsate themselves with an integrated “discussion forum” and news section.

Solution

We designed their website and integrated it into our Content Menegement system (ClickCMS). We also took a 3rd party discussion forum from Web Wizz Guide and integrated that into the design to tie in with the rest of the website.

We’d decided to re-design our old website and were struggling with it when we heard of BPS Designs. After discussing what we wanted they designed the site from scratch and much quicker than we expected.

Now we have a website that has all the features we wanted, for example, pages with restricted access, is easy to navigate, and very user friendly. The most impressive thing about it is that we can update it ourselves without input from anybody else or needing to learn new software and any queries we’ve had have always been dealt with very promptly.
