I came across this site today that is a collection of free css based website templates. Looking through the available designs there are some real nice ones.

Obviously there are some not so good ones but that’s what you’d expect.

These types of sites are great for beginners and experienced designers alike. A nice place to get inspiration from, of even to break down the design to see how it was put together.
