I’m often asked where I get my images from when designing websites. There are a few very good free image websites out there if you know where to look!

Here’s a list of the ones I use the most:

• http://www.imageafter.com/index.php
• http://www.morguefile.com/
• http://www.sxc.hu/
• http://yotophoto.com/

The last one is a image search engine that searches a lot of sites in one go. Very nice!

If you know of any more, let me know.

Some of the sites above have no useage restrictions at all on the images, others simply state that you have to notify the author if you use it online.
