I’ve been a subscriber to Smiley Cat for a while now and he puts up some really interesting posts. Today I read this one about a survey on whether or not website visitors change their text sizes in their browser when viewing websites.

I’ve got to admit, I hardly ever do, not because I don’t know that you can, just because I forget that you can. (In Firefox simply hit CTRL and + to make text larger, and CTRL and – to make it smaller)

The survey was conducted on Internet Explorer users only for consistency, but I guess it can be applied to most “normal” users.

Do users simply not know about this handy feature?
