This week we’ll be looking at a skate board shop. I like the distressed feel of this site, and I especially like the wood background effect.

Nice clean navigation down the left hand side with featured news and products on the homepage make it easy on the eye.

Clicking on a section on the left menu takes to you a nice page with all the product images in that section, then clicking on a product takes you to a page detailing that product. A nice large image with the details to the right.

Sounds like an obvious layout for an online shop, but it works well with a good use of space and images.

The only thing I don’t like is when you click on a category with not many products in such as “jeans”, the bottom half of the page is filled with diagonal lines. I personally would have put other similar products in that bit, or at least left it white or something.

Other than that a nice online shop.
