If you’re like me, and you have a nice high resolution monitor with loads of links on your Firefox bookmarks toolbar, here’s a handy tip:

If the website has a non-standard favicon.ico setup, drag the link to your bookmark toolbar, right click on it and delete the info in the “Name” field under properties. Then you will have a nice row of pretty icons instead of the website title. This way you can fit loads more on the toolbar.

See the image below highlighted in red to see what I mean.

You’ll notice that on my BBC links, I have two and the icon is the same, all I did was change one to read “Technology” so I can differentiate between the two.
